You can navigate to your Download folder using a file browser simply begin the install by clicking on the completed download in your mobile browser.

Android will ask you to grant permission to either the file browser or your web browser to install Billingual. Grant the permission and it should bounce you back to the installation screen. If not, navigate back to your Download folder after granting the permission to try again.

The app should safely install.
How to enable "Unknown Sources" setting
To install software from dclanguagecenter.com. you have to enable installation from third-party sources. That is, enable the “Unknown Sources” setting.

From the Home screen go to Settings >> More.

Go to Security >> Device administration.

Check "Unknown Sources"

This will enable you to install apps from sources other than the Play Store like dclanguagecenter.com.

You may need to adjust this according to your Android models. For some users, simply go to Settings -> Security and make sure Unknown Sources is checked. Sometimes you meet the problem of can’t downloading apps.

Do remember to make sure the Unknown sources are checked so you can download apk files other than the Play Store.
